Project Manager Healthcare Architecture
The Project Manager with manage all phases of various Healthcare projects. Supervise small to large teams, produces, delegates, and coordinates the work, and reviews and approves the work of all internal and external team members. Provides final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications. Oversee construction document production and management of BIM model. Attends client meetings and regularly interfaces with clients and consultants. Coordinates with all levels of personnel on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to plan. Account for the team’s execution of the work in the most efficient and technically feasible manner.
The ability to plan, organize, mentor, direct and evaluate work for others. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Excellent client management and leadership skills. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, communication, follow-through, and accuracy.
Requires Bachelors’ degree in Architecture. Registered Architecture or working towards registration. Revit skills are required. Lead the design, documentation, and construction administration process. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-Up.
Hybrid work schedule.
