One of the top premier engineering firms in New Jersey has an immediate need for an Electrical MEP Engineer. Position is full time/permanent with outstanding medical, vacation/sick, and retirement.
Job Description and Duties:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related preferred.
NJ code knowledge
Experiences with electrical load calculations.
Work on a diversity of projects-municipal, transportation, schools, etc.
Experience working on power lighting, distribution, and electrical design projects
10 years’ experience working in an MEP consulting environment
Autocad experience
Shop Drawings review & process
Layout electrical systems using autocad
Coordinate with architects and engineers for compliance
Documentation of all shop & project drawings
Team player with good communication skills.
