Profile

Respected firm is seeking an experienced a Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join a growing team! The appropriate candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, be able to work independently, advanced transaction documentation and negotiation is a plus.
Real estate experience is a plus.
Survey review and analysis.
Basic real estate transaction document drafting, such as amendments and easements.
Basic corporate transaction document drafting, such as resolutions and simple operating agreements.
Closing document preparation.
Closing coordination.
Strong drafting skills and proofreading abilities.
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, exercise professional discretion, and independent judgment.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting legal issues clearly and concisely.
Requires great attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
