Background in commercial and residential real estate transactions and development strongly desired.
Book of business $200k required!
Qualifications:
Commercial property representation for variety of uses
High end residential real estate matters
Experience working with many types of construction projects
Representing landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities
Portable book of business of $200k is needed
