A very successful Ag operation is looking to bring on a Vice President of Grain
to lead and manage the organizations Grain Division. This position is with a fantastic company that offers an excellent compensation and full benefit package.
VP of Grain Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for performance, profitability, business planning, sales and marketing, operations, and management of resources.
VP of Grain Requirements:
Merchandising and rail experience
Degree in an agriculture related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
5-10 years of management experience in agricultural and/or Grain industry
Demonstrated experience in growing a business unit profitably
Proven leadership skills
Understanding of grain operations activities and logistics of the company
