Founded and led by billion-dollar investment and operations company Founder and Executive Chairman, Peter Rex, ResProp (part of the Rex family of companies) is looking for a Regional Vice President to lead our Texas operations team. Resprop’s aim is to provide the premier property management service to investors and owners of residential real estate.
As a Regional Vice President in Texas, you will be coming in at an exciting, early phase of growing our business into a tech-forward property management service that will recreate real estate, and change the industry as we know it today. This role will differ from most operations roles. You will be partnering with our business development team to win new business. As a Regional Vice President, you will lead the charge as we launch a rapid growth initiative towards our goal of significantly expanding our Texas presence.

What you'll be doing:
Leading Texas operations by interfacing with property owners and developing all of our Texas based teams.
Acting as a key domain knowledge leader with Austin leadership team
Leading efforts to grow ResProp’s footprint throughout Texas
Mentoring and develop Regional Managers
Up to 60% travel
What you must have:
6-15 years experience in property operations
Minimum 2-5 years at VP level managing regional managers
Excellent communication skills
Deep Texas market knowledge, specifically within the third party multifamily operations space
