CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Chief Technical Officer
to join a growing and reputable organization in the banking industry. This is an opportunity to join a senior management team in a direct hire role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, Advanced degree preferred
Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and manage teams.
Proven success taking IT infrastructures to the next level.
Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.
Responsible for developing and implementing technology initiatives throughout the company.
Work closely with Senior Management team to develop and maintain a technological plan to support the company’s needs.
Lead new technological implementations and communicate them to senior management.
Must be well versed in technology environments, including telecommunications, networks, laptops, and desktops.
Develop and control the annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations.
Provide solutions to all technical issues in a cost-effective manner.
Must show technical expertise regarding systems networking, databases, web development, and user support.
Working knowledge of hardware platforms and enterprise software applications.
Solid understanding of project management principles.
In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to all IT issues.
