Profile

Mid-level or higher (7 years) attorney with experience in commercial lending representing borrowers and financial institutions, as well as commercial real estate. Practice will include all aspects of asset-based and real estate lending and real estate transactions related to acquisition, development, construction, finance, lease and disposition of commercial, residential and retail projects. An excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a robust and well-established practice in a collaborative and supporting environment. Having a book of business is a plus.
