POSITION SUMMARY: The VP Digital Experience & Enablement is a new role requiring a seasoned technology delivery leader who can connect complex business problems and technology solutions through the lens of experience management. This leader will work to create a culture of innovation within the technology teams to add business value, reduce complexity, drive efficiency and continuously evolve experience management & digital dexterity through user facing capabilities. Success in this role requires a true change agent who can elevate the technology landscape to the next level in a rapidly changing environment.The VP Digital Experience & Enablement will lead a global team as well as drive strategic vendor partnerships to deliver end user capabilities and solutions for PVH globally. S/he will establish strong partnerships with other functions including, but not limited to engineering, business process, business, architecture and other technology product teams to deliver business value, friction free & adoptable experiences through technology.This role requires a results driven leader, passionate about applying program leadership, organizational discipline and technology to transform our ways of working through technology empowerment & enablement. This leader will have proven experience in driving transformational change at a global scale while positioning the company to continuously evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies in the space of digital experience, associate capabilities & process automation. The role requires a strong ability to build a network and influence senior, cross-functional leaders to collectively plan/prioritize, resolve issues, co-create & implement against business strategies. The right candidate will also formalize an approach that explores emerging digital technology trends and frameworks that enable PVH associates to reach their goals. This executive will empower team members to make recommendations, provide input and drive change within a highly collaborative environment.This is a pivotal role that partners with other technology and business leaders at PVH, as s/he defines and evolves how PVH integrates digital experience management into our user facing products and solutions, while sourcing, leading, and presenting forward-thinking, high-impact technology capabilities for PVH.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Own & deliver associate productivity, process automation & enablement capabilities/ tools at a global scale, via technology/digital programs, including but not limited to:Digital workforce collaboration products (e.g., MS Office, Team collaboration/ (MSTeams), Document Mgmt (Sharepoint), Webex/Jabber, Document imaging, Creative authoring tools (Adobe), rich media streaming)Content collaboration products (e.g., Workflow automation, Contract mgmt., Digital signature routing/approval workflows)Process automation products (e.g., RPA, BPM, EA, Project Mgmt)Define, drive & evolve the strategy for digital experience management best practices, processes, dependencies and capabilities to be integrated into various journeys, including but not limited to:Employee (EX), User (UX), Customer (CX) & Multi-experience (MX)Lead, inspire, and influence creating an infectious culture of empowerment, collaboration, strategic thinking and performanceAct as trusted advisor establishing great rapport with other technology teams, engineering, product managers, business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.Ensure teams have appropriate direction, leadership and balance between short-term opportunities and longer term vision/strategy, including ensuring s/he has the required expertise in-house or external, to create value from and support it. Drive strategic vendor partnerships; ensure vendors deliver to established program/project vision and goals.Understand TPG & business strategies globally & regionally, and partner with various product management leads to define & develop aligned technology roadmap(s)Communicate with senior and executive stakeholders across PVH on key technology initiatives – including business benefits, status, progress, and risks/dependencies.Understand the potential use of new technologies in their area as driven by PVH initiatives, vendor capabilities or industry best practices & trends, and informing peers as necessary.Drive PMO compliance and adoption within the team.Serve as owner for the respective technology stacks and ensure appropriate technology is implemented in alignment with business needs, value & priority.______________________________________________________________________QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: 12+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years of experience working in a project management and team leadership capacity.Strong analytic and problem solving skills and sophisticated communication skills across different audiences and seniority levels.Excellent time and project management skills, across multiple concurrent initiatives.Experience leading product & delivery teams to deliver, deploy and maintain platforms, tools and technologies.Strong experience leading globally distributed teams to deliver digital & end user technology solutions or digital products.Strong experience incorporating digital experience management process, practices and intelligence into deliverables & products (via CX, UX, MX, EX)Experience deploying agile ways-of-working to large globally distributed teams.Experience leading large scale digital transformation and (or) technology implementation programs.Proven experience in developing, presenting and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints within a global scope.Demonstrate a sense of urgency, thoroughness and quality towards assigned tasks/goals.Demonstrated ability of working with and integrating multiple internal and/or external teams including outside technology and consulting agencies.Experience in system design as well as providing guidance on all aspects of SDLC, project management and Change Management across methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Demonstrate excellence in analytical and communication skills, as well as influencing broad technical discussions and decisions.Uses innovative problem solving and critical thinking approaches to proactively solve a broad range of problems across technologies.Expertise in designing and building applications for scalability and redundancy and with global considerations and scalability in mind.Experience managing external (vendor or customer) partnerships.Broad understanding of multiple integration technologies. 2+ years of experience in Fashion, Retail or CPG industries is preferred.Experience with end user platforms (e.g., Office365, Teams, Sharepoint, Workflow solutions, Document Mgmt / Imaging platforms etc.) as well as other digital solutions.Experience with project & process mgmt. platforms (e.g., Project Mgmt (MS Project Server), BPM, EA, RPA platforms etc.).Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related technology fields.Skills: Deep understanding of the customer centric Product Mindset.In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Agile process and principles, as well as other delivery methods (e.g., Waterfall, Hybrid).Strong understanding of technologies supporting digital workforce / end user capabilities & process mgmt.Strong understanding of experience management principles, processes and best practices (e.g., EX, CX, UX, MX)Strong presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills within all levels of the organization.Logical and thoughtful in approach and influential in presenting solution options.Written and verbal/non-verbal communication skills with internal and external business partners.Problem solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving issues or concerns before they occur or become critical.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, shifting priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously towards agreed upon goals and target dates.Anticipate, identify & escalate issues that may prevent deliverables or introduce risk;
