Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) has overall responsibility for managing operations of specific departments and coordinating COVID-19 outreach/pop-up testing or vaccinations in the community. This position also monitors and responds to federal, state, county requirements, National Health Service Corps (NHSC) requests; completes the organizations' needs assessment; and participates as a member of the Executive Team in planning, coordinating, and evaluating operations under the Board approved policies, Strategic Plan, Patient Centered Health Care Home, and other operational policies.
