Chief of Staff to Chief People Officer
Summary
We’re looking for a self-driven, well-organized, results-focused project manager and influencer who can help us move our ambitious people strategy forward. Our ideal candidate has a strong project management background and a business-savvy and strategic mindset.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects and implement and manage an operating rhythm supporting our strategic people objectives. This position reports to the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Chief People Officer in formulating, communicating, and executing strategy.
Project manage multiple complex cross-functional projects simultaneously ensuring alignment, accountability, and coordination of deliverables against plan
Own People Leadership Team Quarterly Strategy Meetings (agendas, reports and presentations and serving as a central point of communication and coordination)
Implement OKR operating rhythm, and coordinate with the people leadership team to ensure effective execution of OKRs.
Manage annual operating planning process for the people team, including alignment of budget and headcount to people team priorities.
Serve as stop gap in ensuring flawless engagement on all people priorities.
Coordinate all aspects of meeting preparation for Executive Staff and Board presentations
Own all agendas, content and follow-ups for People Leadership Team meetings and communications
Implement and ensure adoption of a consistent change management process for the people function
Manage people team communications strategy and manage a communications calendar, ensuring the organization is updated regularly on our progress against our vision, mission and objectives
Lead a small team of project managers and a communications specialist

What you bring to the team
8 plus years’ experience in people operations, analytics, project management or change management at global, high-tech, fast-moving, highly matrixed organizations
Prior consulting, project management, and business operations experience preferred
Deep, proven experience in traditional and agile project management – PMP certified preferred
Very comfortable with a fast-paced, high-demand, always-evolving environment
Experience implementing successful operating models and frameworks
Executive presence and influencing skills
Excellent team facilitation skills
Successful experience developing communications: verbal and presentation formats, synthesizing complex information, and speaking effectively to
different
audiences at all levels
Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and clearly communicate observations and recommendations
BA degree (or equivalent) required from an accredited university; MBA preferred
Successful candidates will possess an enterprise mindset, start with the customer in mind, have a strong sense of ownership, and a growth mindset
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $224,000 and 336,000/year;
however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
