Job Summary

As part of the TPX Planning team, develop the functionality to support end-to-end technical program delivery of strategic programs that are in support of the OneList. The goal is to provide visibility, communications and decisions and trade-offs to the leadership level to ensure TPX critical and strategic programs move forward. Key to this role is the ability to drive collaboration, coalitions, and trust amongst broad stakeholder groups. Ability to speak to communicate clearly with both executives and technical stakeholders is critical for success. Expertise in program and project delivery methodology is required. This role will oversee a small staff of dynamic leaders who will also be responsible for delivering large-scale programs.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Creates and advises on operations, future project plans and policies regarding the development of overall business related programs and delivers cost-effective services to support the Company.

Directs alternatives and makes adjustments to correct problems to solidify successes in the perspective of current and proposed operating strategies (relating to the success/failure completion report).

Researches outside service providers or contractors and develops tailored services; negotiates contracts terms and conditions.

Creates and manages budgets and financial targets for portfolio(s). Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of projects.

Directs project teams in the development and implementation of project plans and instructs staff on project-specific assignments.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus, with a Pay Range of $178,419.25 USD - $267,628.88 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
