Our Vice President of Enterprise Sales will be a sales leader responsible for managing a team of Account Executives selling the entire eMoney Advisor platform into the Financial Services vertical. Your team will sell the entire eMoney Advisor portfolio, including our core Financial Planning platform, Marketing tools, and our security and compliance suites.The Enterprise Sales team covers large Broker/Dealers/Wirehouse and Large RIA's.You will formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth. This role works in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Financial Planning Group, Services & HR; therefore, cross-company engagement and orchestration are essential. We are looking for a proven sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and sales and who is a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & first-class employee development. The Sales Leader is fully responsible for developing and managing this team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team and organizational quotas. Aligning to the sales strategy, the Sales Leader defines and implements plans for the assigned Accounts to achieve sales objectives. You will be masterful in client engagement and influence how your customers do business in an ever-changing environment. You will coach your team to develop in their careers and inspire your team to do the best work of their life.\u00A0Job ResponsibilitiesProvide support and guidance to direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as requiredDevelopment of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and trainingCoaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales winsAccurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales managementConsistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of resultsActively leading and monitoring demand generation activitiesLeading initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagementDevelop and execute successful sales campaignsEngaging at C-level in Firm sized customer organizationsCapable of successfully managing significant client escalations and issuesDevelop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success\u00A0Requirements\u00A0Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skill set needed to be successful will vary from 10 years of sales leadership experience managing a team of quota-carrying salespeople.\u00A0Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.A strong background in Financial Planning is preferredProven successful experience in leading Account Executives selling into large FirmsProven ability to create high performing teams and lead them to successExcellent presentation and executive engagement skillsExcellent negotiation skillsA self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environmentSkillsStrong leadership capabilitiesExperience in sales coaching and mentoringAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environmentHas a strong drive for resultsStrong engagement and communication skillsConsultative selling experienceCan collaborate and influence in a \win as a team\ environmentResourcefulIs a trusted advisor to the customers and colleaguesStrong business acumenExperience in the Financial Planning Space.The salary range for this position is $158,000 - $214,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.\u00A0 This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the eMoney commission program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0
