Aon is looking for a Senior Vice President, Pacific Northwest Health Solutions Local Practice Leader in Seattle, WA. As part of our industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions for our Health Solutions business. As a Local Practice Leader you will report directly to the West Region Practice Leader and you will direct a team of client-facing health and benefits consultants in the Pacific Northwest market including offices in Seattle & Spokane, WA and Portland, OR. Candidate located outside the Seattle, WA area will be considered, as long as they are committed to being in the Seattle office 3 times a week. Your impact as an SVP, Local Practice LeaderUsing your leadership skills, you will inspire your team, drive innovative solutions to client problems, and grow our business in the Pacific Northwest market. You will supervise and manage the market’s client satisfaction, profitability, and excellence in delivery. You will provide strategic leadership on new business pursuits, and serve as executive sponsor to key clients.
