Together, we will collaborate closely with CBO and broking function to create innovative solutions that differentiate Aon with clients and carriers.What the day will look likeGet involved in the overall strategy, results and coordination of the market and sales activities associated with current and potential clients consistent with the obligations set for PSP and the greater Aon.Work with divisional and Aon resources to connect client needs with market capabilities.Demonstrate cross-selling techniques and information sharing for colleagues.Maintain fruitful ongoing relationships with the senior management within key carrier partners and/or head office management and lead appropriate resources to address the client's most sophisticated insurance and risk management needs.Identify and work with other resources; may also act as an internal source for information concerning market and pricing trends, wording issues, and/or client segment trends/developments.Ensure profitable growth and account retention, long-term company relationships, and effective utilization of corporate resources, including the use of Aon's facilities and established programs.Develop departmental policies, procedures and solutions and implement them where needed.Exciting challengesYou will work on complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current professional service firm developments and trends. Maintain standards and develop and implement new systems/procedures which have impact on functional area, as well as on operations of internal and external clients. You may be responsible for planning, scheduling, resourcing and carrying out large projects/programs and will become well-recognized and respected by client segments and markets!Who the collaborators areDevelop and maintain valuable client and resource relationships and serve as an expert adviser to clients (or Aon) on matters of importance to the success of their business. This role is tasked with building and maintaining a network of contacts within the firm. Build impact beyond area of immediate responsibility.Supervision/leadership responsibilitiesLead a sizable team, function or practice – or, act independently on a portfolio of significant and complex client accounts, serving as a key advisor for PSP practitioners and clients.Identify and recruit talent and mentor one or more individuals.Willingness to relinquish some or all of book to assume other client or functional responsibilities (as directed by the Leadership Team).Capabilities and experience that lead to successIn-depth knowledge of the client segment and functional area.Ability to use expertise to develop strategic policies and products.High level of maturity, tact and discretion.Adaptability and willingness to embrace/support change at team, practice and divisional levels.Lead by example.Education4 year college degree preferred, but not required.
