Job Summary

Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of all Compensation programs. Engages with other senior leadership team members regarding the implementation and ongoing administration of compensation plans. Ensures compliance with all governmental record- keeping and reporting requirements for compensation programs. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Core Responsibilities

Oversees the coordination of the annual salary and bonus review process.

Provides guidance and leadership in the evaluation and maintenance of employee benefit programs.

Design compensation products and programs that align to business strategies and goals.

Oversee the coordination of the annual salary and bonus review process enterprise wide

Collaborates with HR Business Partners, HR COE's, and other functional teams to deliver compensation products

Delivers thought leadership, innovative tools, and leading practices for compensation programs, processes and practices

Drive enterprise alignment and integration of compensation policies and processes in support of strategic objectives

Leverage data and insights to create compensation products and influence enterprise wide compensation strategies and approaches

Interact with senior leaders to build and maintain the most effective and efficient compensation solutions for the Company. ​

Engage with business partners and stakeholders to understand business and employee needs, develop solutions, define business requirements and engage with technology teams to build systems and tools

Partner with functional stakeholders to deliver compensation products and thought leadership to the organization, including supporting compensation product deployment, training, adoption, and performance metric development.

Deliver enterprise-wide training solutions for compensation

Provide decision support and administration for compensation processes and planning cycles

Provide direction, coaching, and development for compensation team members

Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support strategic objectives and comply with regulations.

Provides direction, coaching and development opportunities for all direct reports.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
