POSITION SUMMARY: 

The primary purpose of this position is to create the best programs and processes to safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Lead a team of cross-functional security professionals to create new processes, procedures, design highly reliable, scalable, extensible, maintainable and operable products and platforms.

• Creating a global cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps, budget and introduce proven innovative frameworks that will shape our cyber transformation goals.

• Create a global threat management, Digital Identity practice and hire and develop talent to support the initiative.

• Partner with key business stakeholders and senior leaders to create and develop the right strategic direction and processes and disciplines

• Develop enterprise-wide technical perspectives, standards, solutions, and strategies that resolve significant security pain-points
  Stay current on emerging security and technology architecture trends, technologies, and proven practices

• Identify and lead the resolution of highly complex technical problems, lead architecture design that is scalable and adherence to architectural standards.

• Analyze technology, industry, and market trends and determine potential impacts to and opportunities for the enterprise

• Continually evaluate new technologies and devise plans for implementation direction

• Evangelize technologies, solutions, and best practices developed or utilized by the Information Security organization

• Serve as an expert resource to IT and business leaders in the development of security solutions to meet business needs

• Ensure that the enterprise is making the best use of the latest security technologies to improve performance

• Manage day-to-day tasks and have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential challenges

• Participate in the cyber risk governance process (ISG Governance Board) and enforce adherence to security architecture standards

• Direct global cyber Threat, Monitoring and Vulnerability management program.

  • Ensure PVH Threat management program and Incident response capabilities are operating efficiently and effectively

  • Ensure the vulnerability monitoring and notification service of PVH I.T. is operating efficiently and effectively

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Analysts

• Direct and oversee the strategy for cyber identity governance, protection,  threat and monitoring capabilities to improve the security of the environment based on business use cases or changes in threat landscape, root causes from security incident response, or output from security analytics

• Direct global security monitoring related functions relating to:

  • Perform deep forensic analysis to aid in finding threats/suspicious activities in the enterprise

  • Malware Reverse Engineering of new threats 

  • Perform in-depth analysis in support of network monitoring and incident response operations

  • Tier 3 support to help analyze security logs and related security events

  • Recognize problems by identifying security-related abnormalities and reporting violations.

  • Help determine impact of potential intrusions on the network and infrastructure

• Direct the PVH Global Security Incident Response Team

• Direct the overall PVH cyber resiliency program, including creation of security patterns, guidelines, and system hardening requirements.

• Perform presentations to various IT functions and senior IT management teams.

• Keep current with vulnerabilities, attacks, and countermeasures and devote time to research and development activities

• Promote security awareness to ensure system security and to improve server and network security.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:          

• 10-15 years of experience in an information security leadership role

• 5+ years of work experience in security architecture and system development

• 5+ years of working experience in leading the development of Threat, incident management and Forensics programs

• 3+ years of working experience in leading identity governance programs

• Prior experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff

Education:            

• Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Advanced degree preferred

Skills                    

• Experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols

• Experience working with enterprise architects within an IT organization, with demonstrated understanding and application of architecture methodology and principles to enable business change or capability building as it pertains to cyber capabilities.
