Job Summary
Provides vision, strategic acumen, and leadership for planning, building, developing and implementing a comprehensive business capabilities that supports the long-term objectives, mission and vision FreeWheel (FW) a Comcast Company. Brings expertise to support synthesizing business goals with technical feasibility and develops strategic execution plans to move toward overall business objectives. Utilizes system engineering/integration expertise to guide and manage the development and implementation of key complex strategically important business initiatives. This role will lead a team to ensure that teams are delivering value to our customers, throughout the life cycle of the Program. This role will be responsible for establishing & maintaining a governance office to support Strategic Integration, PMO and transformation offices.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Provides leadership and oversight for all day-to day operations and management of the Company.
Oversees projects for environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies related to Company's growth and profitability. Oversees business modeling and long-range financial planning.
Oversees and manages all contract management and compliance.
Produces accurate comprehensive financial reports and delivers to Vice President(s).
Leads current and future Strategic Planning processes and designs and implements strategic planning and business initiatives.
Develops and implements program evaluation tools and processes.
Develops strategy for environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies relating to the Company's growth and profitability.
Promotes transparent communication among management team.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Pay Range: $178,483.63 - $267,725.45
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
