This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP Digital Marketing Operations.
Job Description
Responsible for our Marketo automation engine, as well as all system integrations with Marketo such as Salesforce, Drift, Gainsight, etc
Project manage, set up, execute and monitor web forms, programs, and campaigns in Marketo
Implement, measure, report on and optimize the performance and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns
Continuously strive for improvement, such as conducting A/B tests and experiments that lead to better performance
Ensure marketing campaign information is accurate
Ensure result visibility with the extended Digital Marketing Operations team
Ensuring compliance (including GDPR, CASL, CCPA), legal and security requirements
Building and optimizing lead scoring, lead life cycle, acquisition and engagement processes, ABM initiatives
Data management & data hygiene: Optimizing the data practices to enable segmentation, targeting, and personalization
Drive marketing automation best practices including mobile and Web optimization
Work with sales operations to ensure marketing and sales data are syncing between Marketo and salesforce.com; includes field mapping between systems
Responsible for making sure emails are being delivered reliably. includes setting up processes to ensure invalid emails are cleansed from the system and suppressed in email sends
Defines how leads are created, tagged, appended/categorized, where they are routed, and who takes action. The Marketo administrator will be instrumental in planning and designing the lead management flow, be responsible for operationalizing it within Marketo and the CRM and fine-tuning the process over time.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and processes to ensure that accurate and complete data enter the marketing database(s).
Responsible for building processes and/or integrations to get the right data into the right reporting hands.
Required Qualifications
Marketo Certification a MUST
Expertise in Marketo and 3-5 years minimum of experience delivering online webinars, campaigns and email nurture programs for B2B/Tech companies.
Project Management of complex marketing programs
Experience with operational configuration and technical integrations in Marketo
Management of A / B Testing (multivariate analysis and progressive profiling)
Detailed understanding of digital marketing as it relates to automation
Enablement and process documentation
Strong experience with salesforce.com CRM, specifically with reporting and campaigns
Technical integration management
Highly skilled in cross-functional collaboration
