Position Summary
The VP of National Sales oversees a team of up to 40 Loan Advisors and Supervisors ensuring the delivery on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production goals in accordance with the company standards and guidelines and has daily interaction with Operations Management. Must develop strong working relationships with direct reports, key stakeholders, vendors, investors, co-workers, and customers. The incumbent will also work closely with the department Quality Assurance Advocate to ensure continue process improvement as well as prompt resolution to customer complaints.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily volume reports for their team to make sure that each Loan Advisor is adhering to company policy and delivering on their goals
Manage all aspects and responsibilities of the sales staff in a call center environment
Responsible for delivering daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production goals.
Handle incoming customer service inquiries for resolution or escalation requests as needed
Monitor the duplication logs in the CRM and disposition and assign according to the guidelines insuring equitable and timely distribution to all Loan Advisors
Maintain list of licenses of Loan Advisors by state to ensure ample geographic depth and breadth of coverage for team as set in the company licensing policy
Facilitate new Loan Advisor on boarding, including licensing, training and overall scheduling
Act as liaison between Sales Team and Loan Operations
Track progression, manage, and report project time-lines for completion
Evaluate data to determine optimal staffing, capacities, and maximum conversion rates
Actively participate in meetings with Operations departments.
Train, mentor, and develop new and existing Loan Advisors
Make recommendations for revisions or updates to standards
Responsible for the oversight of all pricing and profitability on a per loan basis
Ensures staff provides exceptional service and strives to achieve minimum SLA and profitability goals
Ensures both he/she and his/her staff keep all contact efforts in compliance with the various governing state and federal laws, as well as with corporate policies and procedures
Assist in facilitate training for his/her staff to maximize improvement opportunities and to correct deficient areas noted in reviews or audits
Provides coaching and corrective action to staff, as necessary
Thorough knowledge of the operating system, reporting functions and overall sales cycle
Resolves complaints and handles account problem resolution
Follows all corporate guidelines and responsibilities
Incumbent will be responsible for meeting RoundPoint’s commitment to compliance

Qualifications
Required:
MLO SAFE certification required
3-5 years of previous successful manager experience preferably of a sales team
Must have mortgage call center experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Perform in a leadership role, but to also be recognized by others as a leader
Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact well, and in a positive manner, with co-workers and management
Need to have flexibility in scheduling
Desired:
Strong knowledge of Encompass, Microsoft Office, and Insellerate preferred
